Jade Collective Interior Design is a Colorado studio founded by Erin Rosas, NCIDQ, and Jessica Pineda, whose backgrounds span luxury residential, resort, and boutique commercial work across the country.

Today, the studio partners with builders, contractors, architects, and realtors, bringing purposeful design leadership to your projects without adding to your team's workload.

With a vision for building something meaningful, our founders brings a blend of big-picture thinking and hands-on experience. They set the tone for everything we do.
Architect Partnerships
We partner with architects early, while layouts, cabinetry, and material palettes are still taking shape. Our role is to support the architectural vision with the same care it was designed with, refining the interior details so the finished space stays cohesive from structure to finish. You keep creative control of the architecture. We carry the interior scope through documentation and installation.
Realtor Partnerships
For listings that need vision to sell, we help buyers see past dated finishes to a home's real potential with a short, focused walkthrough. For listings ready to hit the market, we also partner on staging, so a property shows at its best from day one.

Early Collaboration We join in early design phases, working alongside you on interior layouts, cabinetry, and material palettes that support the architectural vision.
Scope Handoff As architectural drawings finalize, we carry the interior scope forward: FF&E development, sourcing, and specification.
Procurement + Tracking Furnishings and long-lead items, many carrying 20+ week lead times, are ordered early and tracked with the same care as the rest of the project.
Installation + Final Styling We coordinate receiving, delivery, placement, and styling as the space nears completion.
The Reveal The finished interior comes together: cohesive with the architecture, and ready to live in.
