Jade Collective Interiors is a Colorado-based studio founded by two designers who believe a well-designed home should feel personal, not perfect. We work with clients at every stage of the design journey. From people who have never worked with a designer before, to those who are seasoned in the process and ready to work with a studio that matches their standard. The Founders.
Erin Rosas, NCIDQ and Jessica Pineda founded Jade Collective Interior Design with a shared commitment to creating interiors that feel refined, purposeful, and deeply considered. Together, their backgrounds span commercial, residential, hospitality, and renovation work, giving them a broad perspective across projects of different scales and complexities.
Their partnership brings together architectural discipline and design sensitivity, with a strong understanding of how a space should look, feel, and function. From early planning and documentation to furnishings and final layers, they approach each project with care, collaboration, and a well-edited point of view.
The result is work that feels cohesive, elevated, and quietly confident, shaped by experience and guided by intention.
What’s in a Name
A brand rooted in family.
We began where most things begin for us: with family. The name Jade Collective is drawn from the names of our children. A private acknowledgment that the people we love most are the foundation of everything we create. From that personal beginning, Jade Collective was born.
As the name evolved, we fell in love with everything jade represents. The stone symbolizes balance, beauty, strength, and prosperity. The color feels timeless and grounded, and the jade plant represents growth, resilience, and good fortune. These ideas mirror the spaces we create: thoughtful, enduring, layered, and full of life.
"Collective" represents our combined experience and collaborative approach. With over 35 years in the design industry, our work spans residential and resort design, renovations, and commercial interiors. Together, we bring a broad, balanced perspective to every project.

Erin Rosas
Co-Founder · Principal Designer · NCIDQ Licensed
Erin is a Licensed Interior Designer with decades of experience shaping both commercial and residential spaces through a grounded, architectural lens. Her portfolio spans workplace, multifamily, education, student housing, healthcare, and private residential projects, each defined by thoughtful spatial planning, refined material selections, and seamless execution.
Her expertise includes space planning, construction documentation, consultant coordination, material sourcing and procurement, and construction administration, ensuring clarity from concept through completion.
Erin is known for her calm, detail-oriented leadership and her ability to guide complex projects with consistency, collaboration, and care.
Jessica Pineda
Jessica Pineda is co-founder of Jade Collective Interiors, a boutique luxury design studio built on the belief that a home should feel as personal as it is polished. Her path has taken her through some of the industry's most respected studios, including Denton House Design Studio, where she worked during its partnership with Discovery Land Company across a portfolio of ultra-luxury resort communities, and Joe McGuire Design, where she led projects for a discerning clientele across markets from Aspen to Palm Beach Island.
Jessica's work spans the full arc of a project. She's there at the first concept sketch and still there when the last piece of furniture is set in place, guiding everything between: space planning, construction coordination, FF&E, procurement. She holds the whole vision in mind without losing sight of a single seam or stitch. Her approach is exacting but never cold. Every space she creates is meant to be lived in, not just admired.
At Jade Collective, Jessica brings that same rigor and warmth to every project, creating homes across Colorado that are elevated, livable, and entirely their own.
